    Unfortunately no. But in and around Sundern and in the Arnsberg area there are now some pharmacies that sell the coneshave in stock as standard. You can find the addresses on the homepage! Here in Hachen, they are available right next to the Burg pharmacy in the roundabout!
  • Enthalten Zinnhütchen Nickel?
    Reines Zinn (Reinzinn), welches wir bei unseren Zinnhütchen verarbeiten, enthält in seiner reinen Form kein Nickel. Reinzinn besteht zu etwa 99,96% aus Zinn und ist für seine hypoallergenen Eigenschaften bekannt. Es wird häufig in der Schmuckherstellung und für medizinische Geräte verwendet, da es in seiner reinen Form keine allergischen Reaktionen hervorruft. Die Europäische Union regelt die Verwendung von Nickel in Produkten, die mit der Haut in Berührung kommen, durch die Nickel-Richtlinie (Richtlinie 94/27/EG) und die REACH-Verordnung (Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1907/2006). Diese Vorschriften legen fest, dass Nickel und nickelhaltige Legierungen in Produkten, die für den direkten und längeren Hautkontakt bestimmt sind, nur in sehr geringen Mengen freigesetzt werden dürfen. Diese Menge wird als Nickel-Migrationsgrenze bezeichnet und beträgt maximal 0,5 µg/cm²/Woche. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass du bei einem Nickelgehalt von 0,0001% (1 ppm) in Reinzinn allergisch reagierst, ist sehr gering, aber nicht vollständig auszuschließen. Hier sind einige Faktoren und Überlegungen, die diese Wahrscheinlichkeit beeinflussen können: Allergiesensitivität: Menschen mit einer Nickelallergie reagieren in der Regel auf höhere Nickelkonzentrationen, die eine signifikante Freisetzung von Nickelionen ermöglichen. Ein Gehalt von 0,0001% entspricht einer sehr geringen Menge Nickel. Nickelabgabe: Die EU-Nickelrichtlinie begrenzt die Nickelfreisetzung auf maximal 0,5 µg/cm²/Woche für Produkte, die in direktem und längerem Hautkontakt stehen. Bei einem so niedrigen Nickelgehalt wie 0,0001% ist es sehr wahrscheinlich, dass diese Grenze weit unterschritten wird. Praktische Anwendung: In der Praxis bedeutet dies, dass Produkte aus 99,96%igem Reinzinn für die meisten Menschen, einschließlich derjenigen mit Nickelallergie, sicher sind. Our nipple shields are made of the wonderfully malleable and soft material pure tin and allow for the ideal shape with wholesoft edges. Nothing cuts into the skin.   • Wie reinige ich die Zinnhütchen vor der ersten Benutzung?
    Du kannst die Hütchen entweder abkochen oder mit einer milden Seifenlauge und warmem Wasser abspülen, je nach dem was sich für Dich besser anfühlt. Beim Abkochen solltest Du beachten, dass ausreichend Wasser im Topf ist und nicht verkocht. Zinn schmilzt bei 231,9°C. ;-) Nach dem Abkochen kann das Hütchen etwas matt werden. Mit einem Mikrofasertuch kannst Du es wieder auf Hochglanz polieren.
  • Do I have to boil the tin cones regularly?
    You can sterilize the tin caps again and again by boiling, you just have to know that the capsthereby lose their shine and become dull. However, this does not detract from the effectiveness - on the contrary,I like them even better in the classic pewter look, they have something magical about them! 😊 Back then, I only ever rinsed them out in the shower. If you feel the need to achieve sterility,you can boil the cones regularly in the kettle or before the first use (boiling is recommended here).
